Very few people heard of this anime.
Ozuma is the newest Leiji Matsumoto anime, aired in april 2012, which lasted only 6 episodes. I personally loved it, it's totally Leiji Matsumoto's style.
Bainas is the captain of the ship Sam ( the main character ) travels with. She's a strong and cold woman.
I'm aware this character doesn't suit me at all, since I have the looks for cute, girly characters. But I love her and I wanted to cosplay her even if only one person recognized us ( I had a Gido coming along too ).
